Hi Mr Gan,

If you look at the surroundings, there are already many new developments such as Hills Twoone, Laurel Tree and The Lanai, and those are not even fully sold. Furthermore, there's the freehold Natura @ Hillview, which could potentially be a better choice for en bloc.

You can have also see the fate of large plots of en bloc sale recently (e.g. Normanton Park, Euro-Asia Apartments and Amber Park), or the ones that pushed through, such as D'Leedon (former Farrer Court), Leedon Residences (former Leedon Heights).

If you're thinking of getting/retaining your unit for the sake of an en bloc sale, you might want to reconsider.

    Hi, the land size of Regent Heights is more than 291000 sqft (6 condo-sized land of 45000sqft each combined) and the number of units is just 645. A typical land size of 60000sqft can build around 220 units today (with facilities included) so if you take a land size of 291000sqft, it can easily accommodate close to 1000 residents with facilities. Not forgetting all the units in Regent Heights all have high ceilings which most developments can do without today, hence maximising on the number of units in the future development.
